Cookie & Tracking Policy

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use local storage, pixels, analytics SDKs, and other identifiers to deliver functionality, remember preferences, secure sessions, and analyze usage. Collectively, we refer to these as "cookies".

• Strictly Necessary: Required for authentication, security, and load balancing. These cannot be disabled.
• Preference: Remember language, tenant selection, UI preferences, and user settings.
• Analytics: Help us understand how features are used, measure performance, and improve reliability. We use privacy-centric analytics; IP addresses are truncated and data is aggregated.
• Functional / Communications: Support live chat, notifications, and product tours where enabled.
• Marketing (Optional): Used only when you opt in, to provide targeted product updates or retargeting. Disabled by default for logged-in workspace sessions.

When required, we present a cookie consent banner on first visit. You can manage optional cookies via the in-app "Privacy & Cookies" panel or through your browser settings. Essential cookies remain active to deliver secure access and cannot be disabled.

Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings menu. Doing so may impact certain Juricloud features or require you to log in more frequently.

We work with trusted service providers (infrastructure, analytics, communications) who may place their own cookies subject to contractual data protection obligations. A current list of subprocessors is available on request. We do not permit third parties to use Juricloud cookies for their independent advertising purposes.

Cookie identifiers are encrypted or hashed wherever feasible. We apply strict access controls and audit logging, and we aggregate analytics to prevent re-identification. Cookie lifetimes vary by category but are capped per legal and operational requirements (typically 30 days for session cookies and up to 12 months for optional preferences).

We align cookie practices with GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, India DPDP, and other applicable regulations. Visitors from regions requiring opt-in consent see a cookie consent prompt before non-essential cookies load. You may withdraw consent at any time through the same controls.

Juricloud may update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or business practices. Material updates will be communicated through the platform banner or by email, and the "Last updated" date will change accordingly.
